To fully benefit from Skriba, we will prepare your personalized Skriba database with your data.
All data must be systematically prepared so that we can import it into your new system. Please download the following Excel File:

Please use the following tab in the template: Department
| Purpose | In this table, record the departments of your company that should be available for selection in Skriba. |

| Language Requirement | At least one language must be included. If you use Skriba only in German, it is sufficient to fill out only the "De" column. |
| Code Column | The "Code" column contains a unique code for each department. |
| Code Requirements | The code is mandatory and serves as the unique ID for the department. The code should not contain umlauts. |
