Go to your-company.skriba.ch
and log in with your e-mail address and password.
If you want to log in to Skriba for the first time and you have not received a password yet, you can click on Forgot your password?
. You will receive an e-mail with further information on how to set your password.
As a line manager, you will receive an e-mail as soon as a certificate is ready for editing. You can simply click on the link in the mail and load the relevant certificate.
In your Skriba you can see completed certificates (done) that you were involved in as well as open certificates which require more work. Certificates that still need to be edited by you are marked as in progress or overdue. Select a relevant certificate to edit it.
The HR responsible prepares the certificate as far as possible. Subsequently, it is the line manager's responsibility to check/supplement the employee's tasks.
Attention, if the employee has/had different functions, tasks can be selected for each function. The most current function is already selected.
Click the Tasks
tab and select the tasks that were performed by the employee.
If the employee has performed an individual task, you can manually enter this task ion the right hand side at the bottom:
